Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Handle inbound calls and manage appointment scheduling
Conduct cold calling via various databases
Effectively pitch CircoLifes subscription-based AC model to B2B clients
Maintain CRM with sales activities and follow-ups
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback
Requirements
Female candidates only
Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Marathi
Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
