Roles and Responsibilities : Generate leads through outbound calls, cold calling, and telemarketing to drive business growth. Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits and features over the phone. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and providing excellent service. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software. Job Requirements : 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or telemarketing industry. Strong communication skills in Malayalam language (written & spoken). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective cold calling techniques.
