Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to international clients via calls, emails, and online platforms to present company services.
• Lead generation, qualification, and nurturing to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conducting consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Demonstrating product knowledge effectively to build client trust and confidence.
• Following up on warm leads and ensuring timely closure of sales opportunities.
• Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets with a performance-driven approach.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communication in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with the internal team to share client feedback and contribute to process improvement.
• Staying updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to improve conversion rates.
• Ensuring all interactions follow company quality standards and align with the Learning Saint process.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers & Experienced – Both are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong persuasion skills with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international sales environment.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales / International BPO / Tele-Sales will be an added advantage.
