Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Nagasandra, Bangalore Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: minimum 2 years Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to handle incoming calls on our branding number, convert leads into sales, follow up for payments when necessary, and place orders using our internal software. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales. Key Responsibilities:Attend inbound calls from prospective customers through our branding number. Understand customer requirements and explain product details clearly. Convert incoming inquiries into successful sales. Use company software to place and manage customer orders accurately. Follow up with customers for payment if required. Maintain customer relationships through professional and courteous communication. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales conversions. Key Skills Required:Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred). Basic computer knowledge and ability to use internal order management software. Sales-focused mindset and ability to persuade and negotiate with customers. Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Qualifications:Minimum PUC/12th pass or any degree. Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is an added advantage. Training will be provided for freshers. Work Schedule:Full-time Day shift (6 days working, Sunday off or as per company policy) Location:Nagasandra, Bangalore (Candidates nearby preferred)
