Conduct consultative sales calls with prospective learners.
Present and explain Scaler's IT-based programs to demonstrate their value proposition.
Understand customer requirements, identify learning needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferably in EdTech/IT sales).
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
