About the role :

You will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students towards making informed decisions about their career paths in the dynamic fitness industry.


  • Your role will include handling inquiries, conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, and surpassing admission targets.
  • Engage with prospective students, providing them with objective information about our courses and addressing their queries over phone calls or in-person meetings.
  • Conduct Course Counseling Sessions, including school tours, to provide detailed information about the school and courses we offer.
  • Provide prospects with answers to all of their questions and concerns, and facilitate communication with K11's domain experts when necessary.
  • Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects, focusing on resolving queries, providing solutions, and offering relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team, actively participating in periodic meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and contribute to the team's success.
  • Stay up-to-date on new developments and improvements to our products and service.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports and End of the Day Reports to evaluate individual and team performance.
  • Embrace feedback and participate in audit sessions conducted by the response quality assurance department to improve skills and performance.
  • Attend training sessions and refresher programs to enhance your understanding of our courses and stay updated with industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills: You should have strong counselling proficiency and the ability to understand and address the needs, aspirations, and concerns of prospective students. By offering guidance and support, you will help them make informed decisions.
  • Target-oriented and focused: You should be driven by goals and maintain a sharp focus on achieving them.
  • Proactive and avid learner: Valuing initiative, you should constantly seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Expanding your knowledge base will enable you to provide valuable assistance to prospective students.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • 1-5 years of experience in Sales and related profiles, preferably in an educational or training institution.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using Business tools, CRM software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Preferred Attributes High attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Commitment to student welfare, institutional values, and operational excellence
