About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge in Digital Marketing services, Web & Mobile App Development, ERP solutions, Branding & Creative Services, and must be confident in interacting with clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities via calls, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and social outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services such as:
  • Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Ads, ORM)
  • Website & Mobile App Development
  • ERP / CRM Solutions
  • Branding, UI/UX & Creative Services
  • Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to effectively communicate value to leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams for proposals, presentations, and project coordination.
  • Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and follow up consistently with prospects.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and client presentations for the senior sales/technical team.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-up until deal closure.
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven Inside Sales or Business Development experience in the IT/Software/Digital Marketing industry.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, website development, mobile apps, ERP systems, branding, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at multitasking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
