Job Title: Education Counselor Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Salary: ₹15,000/month (For freshers) Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through their academic and career options and helping them choose the right course/university. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via phone, email, or in person. * Counsel students regarding programs, admissions process, eligibility, and career outcomes. * Follow up with leads and maintain a regular pipeline of prospects. * Convert potential leads into applications and assist throughout the admission process. * Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM. * Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for seamless onboarding.
