Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Bengaluru Department: Sales Reports To: Inside Sales Manager / Sales Director Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales through phone, email, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to inbound leads and cold prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools. - Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities through discovery conversations. - Present and explain product offerings to potential customers. - Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Maintain detailed records of interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities in the CRM. - Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion. - Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions. - Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Qualifications: - minimum 12th pass or 10th plus 3y diploma or Bachelors degree in related field . - 02 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset. - Comfortable with high outbound activity and structured sales processes.
