Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
  • Maintain customer records and sales data (Excel / CRM)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams
  • Build long-term relationships with repeat customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales
  • Background in

    science, lab equipment, pharma, biotech, or industrial products

    preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language a plus)
  • Comfortable using Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
