Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Explain loan products (Business Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Overdrafts, LAP, etc.) clearly and effectively. Understand customer requirements, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable loan solutions. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, documentation, and approvals. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM/Excel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned. Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and competitor offerings. Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls. Basic knowledge of financial products and loan processes. Good organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms. immediate Joiner
