Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Akurdi, Pune Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience) Job Description:Fox Aircomm is looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Inside Sales Executives (Freshers to Experienced) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and be capable of converting leads into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate potential leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.) Explain company products/services to potential clients and maintain client interest Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales teams or field executives Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion Prepare and share reports on sales activities with the team lead Work collaboratively with marketing and field sales teams Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong convincing ability and confidence in handling calls Ability to handle objections and rejections positively Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus Self-motivated and result-oriented Eligibility: Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Experience: 0 to 2 years in sales, telecalling, or lead generation roles (Freshers can apply) Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Akurdi, Pune
