Good understanding of financial reporting standards and documentation practices. Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools. Preferred Skills: Experience managing accounts for a Private Limited Company. Familiarity with ROC compliance, MCA portal filings, and company law basics. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
