Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience Required: 2+ Years Location: AKurdi, Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, etc.) Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions/services. Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-sales service and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Delivery) to align on client requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of prospects and opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Skills:Prior experience working with international clients (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of B2B sales processes. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
