Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Graphics Designer with expertise in AI-powered image and video generation. Join our dynamic marketing team to produce high-quality digital content to promote event planners. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about new technologies, eager to experiment with AI tools, and has a strong eye for design. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling images and videos for event planner promotions. Use AI-powered platforms (such as Canva, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, InVideo AI, and similar tools) to generate and edit creative content at scale. Craft clear and effective AI prompts to produce visually engaging event posters, social media posts, explainer videos, and more. Manage monthly quotas: generate up to 200 promotional images and 50 short-form videos. Ensure brand consistency and adhere to established style guidelines. Edit, refine, and optimize AI-generated content for final use. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI image/video creation and bring fresh ideas to the team. Gather feedback and revise deliverables as needed. Requirements: Up to 1 year of experience in graphics design, digital marketing, or related creative field (internships and freelancing count). Portfolio showcasing design skills, including any AI-generated images or videos (links or files welcome). Familiarity with popular AI design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, InVideo AI, Designs.ai, etc.). Experience with prompt engineering: ability to write effective text prompts for AI content generation. Good understanding of design fundamentals—typography, color, layout, and branding. Basic video editing skills (using AI or standard platforms). Detail-oriented, creative, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Understanding of event marketing and social media trends. Basic photo/video editing skills with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
