Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Generate and qualify new leads through various channels.
  • Handle incoming leads, follow up promptly, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) to present products and solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM/trackers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to improve lead quality and closure rates.


Requirements:


  • Strong and fluent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability in lead generation and lead handling.
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking software will be an added advantage.
