Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients based in the US region.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate product/service solutions. Maintain follow-up with prospects and work towards conversions. Update CRM systems with lead status, call notes, and other relevant data. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Confidence in handling outbound calls and client interactions. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
