About the Role

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their needs and guide them toward suitable Emo Matrix programs
• Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments through empathetic and persuasive communication
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up logs, and performance reports
• Collaborate with marketing, counseling, and operations teams for smooth sales-to-service handovers
• Master product knowledge to confidently handle objections and personalize client conversations
• Be the voice of trust, clarity, and professionalism for every potential learner or partner

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-counseling, or education-related sales
• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi
• A genuine interest in people, self-growth, and the psychology behind decision-making
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Confidence with basic digital tools (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business)

• Availability to work from the Jammu office daily
