We are a football academy offering professional training for children and youth aged 5 to 23 years, through after-school programs and full-time boarding school options. Our aim is to develop talent, discipline, and passion for the sport at all levels.
We’re looking for a Tele Sales Executive/Inside Sales Executive to call parents from pre-qualified leads, explain our programs, and schedule in-person visits. Lead generation and final closures will be managed by separate teams.
- Call parents from leads provided
- Explain our football training programs (after-school & boarding)
- Schedule visits to the academy
- Share lead info with the closure team
- Update CRM with call outcomes
- Based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon preferred)
- 1-2 years in customer service/sales/admissions
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Office
- Interest in sports and youth development
