Engage with walk-in customers and inbound inquiries at the studio/store
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our catalog
Provide detailed product information, including materials, dimensions, customization options, and pricing
Assist customers with product comparisons, delivery timelines, and after-sales service
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently handle client questions
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Follow up with leads and build lasting customer relationships
Coordinate with the design, logistics, and customer service teams as required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in furniture, interiors, or home dcor
Sales-driven attitude with a customer-first approach
Ability to multitask and handle high-footfall environments
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional language preferred
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
