Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive is accountable for generating qualified leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales conversions through telephonic, email, and digital communication channels. The role ensures revenue growth by identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and achieving defined sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads.
  • Present products/services and articulate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for targeted campaigns.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide timely feedback and market insights to the management team.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth handover to the service team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
