Inside Sales & Growth Executive – B2B Industrial 3D Printing

Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site)

Divide By Zero Technologies (DBZ) is one of India’s most respected industrial 3D printer manufacturers, with installations across automotive, aerospace, defence, healthcare, and global R&D centres.

We’re now scaling aggressively in India and international markets—and we’re looking for an Inside Sales & Growth Executive who can hunt, qualify, and convert.

This is a revenue ownership role, not a call-center job.

What You Will Own

  • Research target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn & digital tools
  • Proactively connect, engage, and set appointments via LinkedIn, email, and calls
  • Call inbound + outbound leads (India + International)
  • Understand client applications, budgets, timelines, and buying intent
  • Set qualified demos with founders and technical specialists
  • Convert qualified leads into serious sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for demos, proposals, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Maintain clean CRM data and structured follow-ups
  • Take ownership of monthly lead-to-conversion targets

  • Sharp, confident, and articulate in conversations
  • Comfortable talking to CXOs, Plant Heads, R&D Managers, and Founders
  • Highly proactive with follow-ups and outreach
  • Curious enough to understand industrial technology and customer pain points
  • Disciplined with CRM and pipeline management
  • Driven by results, incentives, and growth

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Sales Development / Business Development
  • Strong spoken English + Hindi (international calling confidence required)
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, appointment setting, and outbound outreach
  • Background in tech, engineering, SaaS, machinery, or industrial sales is a strong plus
  • Hunger to grow—not just do a job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,791.47 - ₹30,365.93 per month
