Membership Consultant - Volt Fitness Bengaluru

We're seeking a dynamic and sales-oriented Membership Consultant to join our team at Volt Fitness . As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer loyalty, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:-

Membership Sales: Sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and fitness products to prospective clients, meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

- Client Relationships: Build positive, trustworthy relationships with clients, understanding their fitness needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to generate new leads, referrals, and sales.

- Customer Service: Respond promptly to client requests, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring high-quality service and support.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the fitness team to ensure seamless delivery of services and promotions.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.

- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
