Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, managing incoming leads and driving the sales funnel through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:  Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.  Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.  Maintain and update CRM data accurately.  Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.  Provide detailed information about WeNest apartments and services to prospective customers. Qualifications & Skills:  Excellent communication skills.  Experience in sales, preferably in real estate or senior care sectors, is a plus.  Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.  Customer-oriented with a pleasant phone manner.  Ability to multitask and work under targets.
