About US : Glimpses of Buzzworks :- 22 Years old company 5 Business Division - Non IT, IT, DST, Global Staffing, Software 680 Crores Turnover 350 Inhouse Employees 50+ active clients across GCC locations Agent Tie Up across India & Other Asian Countries Completed multiple Turnkey onboarding assignments across GCC Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new business opportunities in overseas markets, specifically for bulk hiring needs. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries (e.g., oil & gas, fmcg, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, banking etc.). Lead business development efforts specifically for large-scale overseas recruitment projects. Generate new business opportunities across the overseas market Responsible for generating qualified leads Responsible for making outbound calls, networking, cold call, prospect validation, lead conversion Need to complete the agreement & contract as part of new client Need to get the Purchase Order for their Manpower Requisition from the client against the agreement terms Need to maintain the client database across the International market Responsible for customizing proposals as per the client requirement & needs Responsible for building & maintaining client relationships Understand the clients hiring needs and provide tailored solutions for bulk hiring, including sourcing and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of candidates. Stay updated on industry trends, labour market changes, and visa/employment regulations in targeted overseas markets. Develop strategic plans for expanding the company's presence in international markets based on market insights. Analyse competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
