Job Description

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using online tools, databases, and other resources. Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers. Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate contact with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders. Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria. Engage prospects through personalized communication and tailored messaging. • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with high potential leads. Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Track and report key metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline growth. • Collaboration: Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help improve products or services. • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline development targets. Continuously improve lead qualification processes to enhance the overall sales funnel.
