Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting outbound calls to generate new leads and following up on existing leads. You will be required to qualify prospects by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline. Additionally, you will need to present product/service offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential businesses. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers is essential, along with negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Collaboration with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance is also expected. Keeping accurate records of sales activities and updating the CRM system regularly is part of the role. It is important to stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure informed decision-making and successful sales strategies. This is a full-time position with benefits including food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in International Sales Process. The work location is in person.
