Job Description

You are a motivated Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. Your focus will be on building strong first impressions and ensuring high-quality prospects move forward in the sales process. You will contact and engage with potential clients, qualify leads based on set criteria, schedule meetings and demos for the sales team, maintain accurate records of calls and conversations in the CRM, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach and conversion strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have 13 years of experience in B2B inside sales or a similar role, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects over the phone and email, maintain a goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets, and experience working with CRM tools is a plus.
