Role Description

Business Development Executive:

• Lead Generation and Opportunity Identification
• Relationship Building and Management
• Strategy and Planning
• Sales and Negotiation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Inside Sales Executive:

• Lead Generation & Qualification
• Proposal & Negotiation
• exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
2. Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
3. Knowledge of Design Software and IT solutions applicable to various industries like architecture, engineering, and construction.
4. Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent organizational skills.
6. Experience in the design, engineering or related industry is a plus.
