Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, be able to convert leads into revenue, and build long-term client relationships. This role involves working closely with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, inbound inquiries, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
• Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate products/services to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
• Regularly follow up with potential clients to nurture and convert leads.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and deals using CRM tools.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 2 – 6 years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong ability to identify prospects, convert leads into customers, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
• Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
