Job Description

We are an Indian company specializing in Medical Billings and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, looking to expand our presence in the USA. We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive based in Bangalore to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base within the American healthcare market. We are looking for a strategic thinker with 2–3 years of sales experience who has a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth for medical billing and RCM solutions across the USA. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the American healthcare market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and market penetration strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics in the USA. Conduct virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Collaborate with our operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting medical billing and RCM in the USA. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2–3 years of sales experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare solutions within the USA market. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships. Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and RCM processes relevant to US healthcare regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with remote work technologies, including video conferencing and CRM tools.
