Role Overview

Join us on‑site in Bangalore as an experienced Dental/Medical Coder. You’ll process real patient cases, train our AI tools, and ensure claims are coded and submitted accurately to U.S. payers while collaborating with product and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Code dental/medical procedures (CDT, ICD‑10, CPT) accurately and compliantly
• Review clinical documentation and assign precise codes
• Audit claims for coding accuracy and payer compliance
• Collaborate with the AI team to train and refine automation models
• Stay current with U.S. coding guidelines and payer‑specific rules

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on dental coding experience
• Strong knowledge of CDT, ICD‑10, and CPT codes
• Familiarity with U.S. dental/medical billing workflows and terminology
• Experience using dental EHR/billing platforms
• Based in Bangalore and available for in‑office work (no remote/freelance)

Bonus Points

• Experience training junior coders or conducting audits
• Exposure to U.S. RCM/BPO environments
• Certification in dental/medical coding
