Job Description

Key responsibilities

Understand RFQs, project specifications and prepare quotation for valve actuators (electric/pneumatics) and their spares in the expected timeline.
Handle quick or urgent quote requests efficiently based on priorities.
Address technical queries from internal and external customers related to our products.
Coordinate with contracts/service people as and when required.
Respond emails and phones promptly.
Focus on details and assure quality quotations.
Work towards customer satisfaction.

BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE / E&I / Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation).
2 - 4 years experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support
Must be familiar with Microsoft excel an
