As a Sales Executive at our Textile Company, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will involve promoting our products and services in the market to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth. You will be expected to identify and target potential clients through effective lead generation strategies, conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will develop and implement sales strategies, while also preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. An ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor effective sales strategies, coupled with excellent negotiation and closing skills are highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
