Join us on a hyper-growth journey powered by innovation, purpose, and a culture that values both excellence and empathy. - Work alongside a dynamic, all-women GTM team - Be part of a company where your ideas matter and your growth is our priority - Help shape how India and the world discover transformative products and services Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and listening to customer needs Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets Research target accounts, map key decision-makers, and spark conversations that matter Expand and maintain a strong prospect database Collaborate with partners to build pipelines and convert deals Deliver compelling online demos and presentations as needed What We're Looking For Excellent spoken and written English communication Prior B2B sales, inside sales, or business development experience A confident phone presence and the ability to ask the right questions Great listening and storytelling skills A proactive, self-motivated attitude with an eye for opportunity An MBA or a technical/sales background is a strong plus Experience in data research, consulting, or marketing is a bonus Proven ability to close deals Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Alwarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Required) Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
