We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative specializing in voice process to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by reaching out to prospects, presenting our solutions, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline. What will you do at Fynd? Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers. Deliver compelling sales pitches to create interest in our products/services. Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead follow-up and closure. Some specific Requirements 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or inside sales. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections and rejection. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills. Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. What do we offer?
