Job Description: As an Inside Sales/BDE Trainee at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team that offers a 3 Months Paid Internship leading to a job opportunity. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from industry experts, allowing you to work on live projects and interact with clients. Our work culture is vibrant and learning-driven, with flexible work timings spanning 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads by conducting research, networking, and cold outreach. - Present company products and solutions to potential clients. - Perform product demonstrations and deliver client presentations. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of our IT product portfolio, including features, benefits, and target markets. - Analyze client requirements and suggest suitable solutions. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring effective post-sale support coordination with internal teams. - Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Manage and update sales data and reports utilizing CRM systems. - Stay abreast of product knowledge and market trends to enhance sales strategies. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - Familiarity with AI tools for sales such as ChatGPT for outreach and predictive analytics. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to comprehend technical concepts and articulate them in terms of business value. - Proficient problem-solving and negotiation skills. - Comfort with using CRM and other sales productivity tools. - Readiness to travel for client meetings or events when necessary. - Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented. - Proficiency in MS Office.
