Inside Sales B2C (Voice Process)

As a Customer Service Executive, your role involves communicating with customers via calls (Inbound & Outbound) and assisting them effectively. You should be quick in searching parts in the live inventory and have the ability to engage with customers and sellers to facilitate successful deals. Your responsibilities include evaluating products based on price, quality, and availability, negotiating with vendors for the best deals, and verifying purchases against a master list.
