Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers in a professional and persuasive manner to promote credit card products.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card offerings, clearly explaining features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria.
Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into successful credit card applications while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including sales conversions, call productivity, revenue targets, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth processing of credit card applications and resolve any sales-related escalations.
