Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nehru Place for an Inside Sales Associate at SteamPRO. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling lead generation, and managing client accounts. You will also be responsible for supporting the sales team, making outbound calls, and responding to inbound inquiries.

Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proficiency in Account Management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous

Others

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
Open for Freshers
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 (CTC) per month
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST
Note: On Saturdays, we usually wrap up early from the office (Nehru Place, South Delhi)
Laptop: Candidate must have a personal laptop for official use
