Inside Sales Associate

Company: SteamPRO

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (CTC per month)

Experience: 2–3 years (on paper)

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (early wrap-up on Saturdays)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

● Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.

● Handle customer inquiries with excellent verbal and written communication.

● Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.

● Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless customer

experience.

● Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

● Prepare detailed sales reports, track performance, and follow up with clients regularly.

● Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and offering effective solutions.

● Work with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

Skills & Qualifications

● 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong customer handling and relationship management experience.

● Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

● Proficiency in handling objections and resolving customer concerns.

● Stable work record and target-oriented mindset.

● Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.

● Experience in sales CRM tools is a plus.

● Must have a personal laptop for official use.

OJT (On-the-Job Training) Terms

● Selected candidates will undergo a 15-day OJT period.

● During the OJT, candidates must achieve a minimum of 2 unit sales.

● Final job confirmation depends on successfully completing the OJT and meeting the sales target.

● High performers during OJT will be confirmed and become eligible for the offered CTC.
