Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team.
Prepare and customize sales proposals, quotations, and presentations as per client requirements.
Follow up with clients for meeting confirmations, feedback, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to gather inputs for proposals.
Maintain customer data, meeting logs, and proposal records in CRM or tracking tools.
Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and support requests.
Track and update the status of leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and documentation.
