Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for building customer relationships, managing accounts, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, closing sales, and maintaining a high level of service to retain and grow our customer base.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
