Job Title: Inside Sales Counselor
Location: Pune
Work Days: 6 Days a Week
Work Hours: Flexible (No shift timing issue; willing to work extended hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals about Online MBA programs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Drive the complete admission process — from lead generation to enrollment.
• Provide clear and accurate information about course offerings, fee structures, and benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and conversions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless student onboarding and support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Target oriented with a strong drive to achieve numbers consistently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi or Kannada.
• Willingness to work extended or flexible hours to meet business goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build trust quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Education/Business background preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or EdTech roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
