Key Responsibilities

School Engagement & Execution

• Execute

  15+ offline Olympiads per month

  in schools within your city/region.
• Ensure monthly participation of

  4000+ students

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  school principals, coordinators, and staff

  .
• Serve as a professional representative of

  Infinity Learn

  during school visits.

OMR Sheet & Logistics Management

• Instruct students on correct

  OMR sheet filling

  , including contact details.
• Double-check OMRs before submission to avoid data mismatches.
  
• Collect, pack, and dispatch

  Olympiad papers and OMR sheets

  securely and on time.
• Manage

  courier services and dispatch logistics

  effectively.

Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with the

  online operations team

  to schedule school visits and ensure smooth event flow.
• Maintain detailed logs of:
  
• Schools covered
  
• Student participation numbers
  
• OMR dispatch status
  
• Submit timely reports and updates to the central team.
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong

  communication and interpersonal

  skills
• Ability to work independently and manage

  multiple school visits

• Comfortable with

  travel and on-ground execution

• Basic proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets

  for record-keeping
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech preferred); MBA is a plus

• Experience:

  0–3 years in field operations, coordination, or event management

• Freshers

  with good communication and execution skills are welcome
