Inside Sales Associate

You will be responsible for managing daily sales activities as an Inside Sales Associate at Protrainy. Your role will include lead generation, account management, and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Working closely with the sales team, you will identify potential leads, address client inquiries, and support the development of sales strategies to meet targets. This full-time position is based in Bhubaneswar. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and nurture potential clients through Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques. - Build enduring client relationships by providing strong Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction. - Effectively manage client accounts and address client inquiries as part of Account Management. - Engage with clients and team members using excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Independently work towards achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
