Job Title: Inside Sales – Online MBA Counselor

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Counselor to join our team for Online MBA admissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students regarding Online MBA programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions in CRM.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for every student inquiry.

Requirements:

• No timing constraints; willingness to work extended hours when required.
• Strong target orientation with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Hardworking and smart working with result-driven mindset.
• Sincere, dedicated, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with no MTI influence.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
