Job Description

You will be responsible for researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets. This will involve researching the needs of other companies and understanding the decision-makers involved in the purchasing process. Your role will include contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish relationships and schedule meetings. Furthermore, you will be involved in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, as well as attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Regular reporting and providing feedback to upper management on the effectiveness of strategies will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the sales team members is essential for achieving common objectives. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be valuable in this role, along with solid organizational abilities, including multitasking and efficient time management. Driving sales across different locations and optimizing leads to bookings funnel will be a key focus. Ensuring adherence to processes and policies within the Inside Sales function to deliver exceptional customer communication and meet sales targets will be important. Continuous monitoring of performance, revising projects as needed, and liaising with retail teams to meet sales targets will be part of your duties. Attention to detail, the ability to handle pressure, and meet deadlines are essential qualities for success in this role. Demonstrating strong client-facing and teamwork skills will be critical in building successful relationships. Regarding specific requirements, having a good network across the retail ecosystem, including brands, retailers, e-commerce companies, technology, and consulting service providers, is necessary. Knowledge of Ecommerce, excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, along with updated knowledge of Indian Retail trends and negotiation skills, will be beneficial. Strong time and task management skills, customer-centric approach, and ownership mindset will be essential for this role. You should have excellent presentation skills, be updated on Retail Supply chain dynamics, and assist senior team members in achieving team targets. Being accountable for the business of brands at Fynd, including business margin calculations, will be part of your responsibilities. Your skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation will play a crucial role in your success in this position.,
