Job Description

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your role involves responding promptly to customer inquiries, actively engaging with prospects, and guiding them through the sales process. You will provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and features, addressing customer questions and concerns. Identifying potential customers, assessing their needs, and qualifying leads for sales opportunities will be key in ensuring a focus on high-potential leads. Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads, provide technical support, and assist with the closing of deals is also part of your responsibilities. Building rapport with customers, establishing trust, and fostering long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and lead information, using CRM software is essential. You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement in sales strategies and chat engagement.
