Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients.
  • Update CRM with accurate client information and track sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the business development/sales team to achieve targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle client conversations confidently.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
